During the Congress of the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD), which was approved by a majority almost absolute completion of the World 2008.

The dome of Deaf Sports Confederation Argentina (CADES) and the Organizing Committee of the 1º Deaf Volleyball World Championship 2008 led by Mrs. Horacio Aleva and Daniel Laurence ( Argentina ) respectively placed as a priority and essential object, fulfilling the commitment to carry out the celebration of the World 2008, before Pan American Sports Organization of the Deaf (PANAMDES) and the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD) , timoneadas by Mrs. Bendegúz Maria Rojas ( Venezuela ) and Donalda Ammons (USA), respectively.

Since we got engaged, there was no official patronage in the economic, apart from the confirmed guarantees to support such conduct, Argentina Sports Confederation Deaf (CADES) and the committee will manage with a lot of will and commitment to pay the cost of stationery, brochures, travel, accommodations, etc.. On its own account, and took a positive view toward the possible success that holds the World Cup that will be history not only for Argentina but for the world sports history because of the 1º Volleyball World Championship.
